සිංහල: මාර්ගගතව අයදුම් කිරීමට ප්රථම විභාග ගාස්තුව වන රු. 1,200.00 ක මුදල වයඹ පළාතේ ඕනෑම ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයකට (ආදායම් ශීර්ෂය: 2003-02-13) ගෙවා ලබාගත් ව.ප.ස.මු.02 (NWP/VP/02) නිල ගෙවීම් ලදුපත සූදානම් කරගත යුතුය.
தமிழ்: இணையவழியில் விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன்னர், பரீட்சைக் கட்டணமான ரூ. 1,200.00 இனை வடமேல் மாகாணத்திலுள்ள ஏதேனும் ஒரு பிரதேச செயலகத்தில் (வருமானத் தலைப்பு: 2003-02-13) செலுத்திப் பெறப்பட்ட NWP/VP/02 பற்றுச்சීட்டினை தயார் செய்து கொள்ளவும்.
English: Prior to applying online, applicants must pay the exam fee of Rs. 1,200.00 to Revenue Head 2003-02-13 at any Divisional Secretariat in North Western Province and obtain receipt NWP/VP/02.
